“Very nice accomodation. Very clean, spacious room. Very well appointed breakfast menu. Of special note.....front desk attendant. Michele H. was extremely pleasant to deal with. She really went over and above to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. Some people are extremely well suited to the service industry, and Michele is one of those persons. Her dedication to her job alone will keep me coming back when I'm in the Roanoke area. ”

“We have stayed here previously but it has been a while. The staff at check in was very efficient and friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast has improved significantly which was one of the reasons why we did not return. ”
